Proudly Named Delaware's 2026 Favorite Place to Work!
We're incredibly proud to share that Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists was named Favorite Place to Work in the 2026 First State Favorites Community's Choice Awards! This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the people who make DOS what it is every day. Our team is the heart of our organization, and this award is a wonderful testament to their dedication, hard work and team spirit.
We believe in taking care of our employees just as well as we care for our patients. That's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive pay, health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement savings opportunities, continuing education and other valuable employee perks designed to support your personal and professional growth.
But what truly sets us apart is our culture. We work hard, celebrate together and genuinely enjoy being a team. From team lunches and summer ice cream trucks to company picnics, Hersheypark outings, bowling nights, baseball games, holiday celebrations, employee appreciation events and some pretty great DOS swag, we love finding ways to bring our team together and show our appreciation for the people who make it all happen.
At DOS, you're not just joining a workplace — you're becoming part of a team that values collaboration, respect, professional growth and having fun along the way.
