We were also incredibly excited to receive Favorite Place to Work for the first time ever!
This award is a true reflection of the people who make Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists what it is. Our team keeps the wheels moving. From scheduling appointments and welcoming patients when they walk through our doors, to performing imaging, assisting our providers and making sure patients receive the follow-up care they need — every member of our team plays an important role.
And while work is, well… work, we like to have a little fun around here, too! From team lunches and summer ice cream trucks to company picnics, Hersheypark outings, bowling nights and some pretty great DOS swag, we love finding ways to celebrate and show our appreciation for the people who make it all happen.
