Biography
Anthony DiStefano is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with over 11 years of experience empowering patients in outpatient settings. Originally from Newark, Delaware, Anthony discovered his passion for physical therapy as a rehab technician in 2014. He pursued his calling, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Delaware Technical Community College's Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2018, where his dedication was recognized with an award for clinical excellence. Anthony currently practices at the Limestone location.
Anthony's expertise extends significantly into strength and conditioning, backed by over 14 years of experience and a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, nutrition, and exercise physiology. As a personal trainer for over six years, he offers online coaching programs specifically designed for powerlifting, bodybuilding, and general fitness clients. Anthony is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve their highest potential, both physically and mentally, through informed training and recovery strategies.
Anthony also brings a unique depth of empathy and understanding to his patient care, having personally navigated the recovery and rehabilitation process following multiple orthopedic surgeries.
Outside of the clinic, Anthony is a competitive powerlifter and a passionate musician, having played guitar for over 25 years and enjoys the creative process of writing and producing original music. He also finds joy in traveling, cooking, and trying new culinary experiences.
