Recently my daughter broke her
Recently my daughter broke her foot while at the beach. When we arrived home, I called DOS immediately on Monday morning and they fit us in the same day with an appointment which was very impressive! The staff was very cordial and professional (they allowed me to go in with her amid the COVID-19 restrictions), also very impressive! We saw Dr. Perscky and she was absolutely fabulous! Her mannerism was phenomenal and I could not have asked for better! It was determined that surgery was needed and was scheduled which fit into my schedule as well. Again, impressive! They gave us all of the supplies she will need post surgery. Surgery was performed and the staff at the Surgi-Center were extremely helpful to my daughter and very thorough with postoperative instructions. They have called three times to check on her to make sure she is doing okay. They also set up a follow up appointment for us for a follow up visit and to have the sutures removed. I would recommend Dr. Perscky and DOS to anyone in need of orthopedic treatment as they treated us with respect and most of all like a person, not a number!
I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with Dr. Perscky and the staff at Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists. Dr. Perscky was knowledgeable, caring and concerned. Her and the entire staff, including her medical assistant Randee were friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of care. I am so very thankful for the excellent care I received from Dr. Perscky and Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing foot or ankle care and would recommend DOS to anyone needing orthopedic care as I have had great experiences with other physicians in the practice as well.
I have degenerative osteoarthritis that has moved into my feet. I can no longer run distances and the pain can be quite severe. Dr. Perscky spent a lot of time with me going over my x-rays and MRI. She explained everything in simple English and gave me quite a few alternatives to managing the pain and mobility. I have never had a doctor take that much time at each visit. She patiently listened and answered all my questions. She even re-laced my sneakers to alleviate the pain. I will continue to see her as needed and am so pleased to have found such a knowledgeable, patient and kind doctor.
