Gyliane Weisenfeld is a passionate and driven physical therapist dedicated to helping patients move with confidence and reach their personal goals. She began her career path at Boston University, earning her undergraduate degree before spending three years working as a software consultant. Motivated by a growing interest in human movement and wellness, she transitioned into personal training at Equinox, where she discovered her true passion for helping people move better and live stronger lives.
Gyliane earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware, graduating in January 2025. Her clinical experiences include rotations in a sports rehabilitation clinic, a general outpatient setting, and an inpatient rehab hospital. She provides highly individualized care, focusing on collaborative goal-setting and patient education to empower those she works with throughout their recovery journey. Gyliane is currently treating patients at the Middletown location.
Outside the clinic, Gyliane enjoys lifting weights, hiking scenic trails, and getting lost in a good book.
