Jeremy Betters, OTR/L, CHT, grew up in Middletown, Delaware and currently lives in Wilmington Delaware. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Exercise science in 2017. While at the University, he spent his free time volunteering in the STAR campus, assisting with Parkinson’s research under the supervision of Dr. Christopher Knight and simultaneously working as a rehabilitation tech in outpatient physical therapy. Post-undergrad, he attended Wesley college in Dover, obtaining his Masters of Occupational Therapy in 2019.
Jeremy began his career as a hand therapist in an outpatient setting from 2019-2020, before then bringing his services to Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists in September 2020, where he is proud to have been amongst the first therapists to begin DOS therapy. In 2022, Jeremy obtained his Certified Hand Therapy certification and has been primarily working at our Naamans road office.
