Biography
Rebecca Byrne joined Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists in August of 2025. She works under the supervision of Dr. Steven Dellose and Dr. James Rubano with a subspecialty in primary and revision hip and knee replacement.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University in 2008 and her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati in 2011. Rebecca is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Prior to joining Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists, Rebecca spent 7 years working as a nurse caring for patients recovering from primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty and 9 years as a nurse practitioner providing post-operative care and pre-operative medical optimization for patients undergoing primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty.
Outside of work Rebecca enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and being with her family and friends.
