Biography
Regis Phelan, PA-C joined DOS in 2010 after graduating from King's College Physician Assistant Program. He also attended King's College for undergraduate studies in Athletic Training, earning the Distinguished Achievement Award for his major. He is a Board Certified Physician Assistant and has an interest in knee, shoulder and sports related injuries. Currently, he works as a Physician Assistant to Dr. Andrisani. Regis is a member of the American Academy of Physican Assistants, Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery and the Delaware Academy of Physician Assistants.
Regis grew up in Newark and attended the Charter School of Wilmington. He continues to live in Delaware with his wife and two daughters. He often works with local high schools to provide additional care at football games.
